I do not have school age children, can I still join?

Absolutely. If you care about our community, our children and want a voice we welcome you.

Who would make a good PTA member?

Community citizens, moms, dads, sisters, brothers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, business owners, etc. Again, if you care about children we welcome you.

What does the Pine Castle Elementary PTA do for the children?

We hold many different functions throughout the school year. Recent goings on include building and repairing benches around the school. Along with our PTA support local Boy Scout Troop 36 was instrumental in the project. We greatly appreciate their involvement.

What does my membership pay for?

Along with your local membership, you will become a member of the Florida PTA and National PTA.

How do I volunteer my time?

All volunteers who interact with our children are required to be ADDitions approved. To do this simply fill out the online form at http://volunteer.ocps.net/. If you are filling out the form for the first time it can take 4 - 6 weeks to be approved. 

Doesn't PCE's PTA hold more events than what's listed?

Yes, our PTA does hold more events, throughout the school year. As an event passes we hide the page until the following school year.
